Overall, the hotel offered a nice stay with comfortable rooms and friendly staff, although some services were lacking, especially in the restaurant where wait times were excessive and menu options were limited. Despite the minor setbacks, I appreciated the overall ambiance and cleanliness.

Had a fantastic time with friends! The staff really made our stay special, embodying the Old World service vibe. The spa treatment was a nice touch, and room service was top-notch. Fitness center was clean and stocked. For future visits, definitely try the restaurant next door. the food was amazing!
Only downside was the noise from the hallway sometimes, which interrupted our late-night chats.

Beautiful hotel, attentive staff, with free Wi-Fi in rooms for convenient connectivity and an enjoyable indoor swimming pool for relaxation.

The hotel offers stunning grounds and attentive staff, making for an enjoyable experience overall. The outdoor patio bar is particularly charming, with live music enhancing the atmosphere. However, the soap dish in the bathroom has fallen on my foot multiple times, presenting a safety hazard. Additionally, some room amenities showed signs of wear, detracting from the overall quality. It's worth trying the crinkle-cut fries at the bar, a delightful addition to the menu.

This place is stunning! It had every little luxury you didn’t know you needed. Gorgeous grounds that make every photo a winner. I loved my spacious and cozy room—it felt like a posh escape!
Now, about the shower—let's just say it’s not exactly the land of personal space. I needed a yoga class just to dodge the soap dish!

Highly recommend for a solo traveler
The customer service was exceptional, I arrived and the bellman rushed to help me with my bags, like they actually cared you know? Plus my room was beautiful and spacious, I felt like royalty when I walked in, very welcoming.
It wasn't exactly wallet friendly but you get what you pay for.

I stayed for a business trip and overall, it was a good experience. The hotel felt warm and welcoming right from the start, and the staff was professional. While the room could have used more lighting, the quick response from the front desk to fix the desk lamp was appreciated. The hotel's close proximity to the Long Island Railroad made my commutes convenient.
